Vendor Booth - $500.00

All Vendors who sell items will be charged a flat rate for two 6' tables.

Vendor Booth - Archdiocese Department/Organization - $300.00
Any Archdiocese department or organization will be charged for two 6' tables for the purpose of displaying, promoting materials, or solicitation of funds. If their purpose is to sell items they will be considered a Vendor and will be charged $500.00

 

Additional Tables

The Vendor/displayer does hereby agree to hold harmless and to indemnify St. Michael Church of Van Nuys, CA. and the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, their members, agents, affiliates, parishioners, guarantors, employees, and/or any assigns thereof, for any and all acts arising out of the promoting and/or sale of materials or any liability, costs, expenses, incidents, and/or occurrences resulting from the undersigned’s actions and/or use of the Vendor site while displaying and/or selling materials, or from any or all loss and/or damage to materials at the 49th Antiochian Archdiocese Convention.

Note: A Quarter Page in souvenir Journal is required for all Vendor/Display Booths.
